Guitar making Courses
My courses both for group or individual are structured in such a way as to make the construction process flow organically whilst beingly completely hands on throughout the whole build. This experience is built on a solid foundation of 15 years of teaching students to make high quality guitars.
My approach is primarily through the developement of hand tool skills such as the jointing plane, chisels, hand saws etc. I also use jigs and routers and table saws along with 2 bandsaws for general use and resawing.
The courses last 4 weeks and the guitars are finished and sanded by the end of the final week.
